2. How to Return an Item
If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

- Return the Item: Pack the item securely in the original packaging (if available) and include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation. Ensure the product is properly protected during shipping.
- Return Shipping: You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will:
- Provide you with a prepaid return shipping label to return the product at no cost to you.
- Offer a replacement or process a full refund, depending on the issue and product availability.
Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product for verification.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order for the item you wish to receive.

7. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

- Custom-built computers or products that have been personalized
- Items that are not in their original condition or are damaged due to misuse
